We want you to be happy with Scribbitt. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to new subscriptions and renewals alike.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for Scribbitt purchases. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email address, or
• Contact Scribbitt support through the app and we'll help you submit the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time the funds take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period and are not charged again.
